Napa General Store Satisfaction Guarantee & Return Policy

We want you to love everything that you buy from us. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to offer you an exchange, credit or a full refund of your purchase price, as long as returns are:

1) Within 30 days of your purchase or receipt, and

2) Returned items are in their original condition.

3) Damage claims must be submitted within ten days of receipt or else they can not be accepted.

In order for us to expedite the processing of your return, please follow the steps below:

Please be sure to include your name, day-time phone number, email address, order number and/or item number, the reason for your return, and if you would like the item replaced or prefer credit for the purchase of other items.

Damaged, Defective, Not Received or Not What You Ordered

For items that are damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we will be happy to refund your original shipping cost. For damaged or lost shipments you will need to contact UPS and file a claim. We regret that items that are customized or made-to-order cannot be returned.
